Here is info on some of the members of the class of 1956:
Sandra B. graduated from Webutuck in 1956 and then from Krissler Business Institute in Poughkeepsie. After marrying Dick from Lakeville in 1958, we relocated to Manchester, Ct. where Dick began his career in law enforcement with the Manchester Police Department. After a few years at home raising six children, I was employed by Pratt & Whitney for 19 years as an Administrative Assistant in Human Resources specializing in Personnel and then in Recruiting. During my time at P&W, I pursued further education and received my Associates degree in Business Administration from our local community college. After Human Resources experienced a layoff at P&W, I began another position as Professional Assistant in the Insurance Services sector of PricewaterhouseCoopers where I enjoy doing insurance research as well as serving as the Education Representative for our sector across the nation. I have been there for six years now and hopefully will still be when it is time to retire. My husband retired as a sergeant from the Police Department after 25 years of service and then served as a teacher's aide at an area high school for ten years. We have four sons, two daughters, and as of this moment, eight grandsons, and two granddaughters. Our big thing these days is time spent with our grandchildren, remodeling the house, and enjoying family and friends. Hopefully, soon we can include some travel. We always enjoy going back to the Berkshires to see family who still reside there.
