Elisa's Pancakes

I used to make Bisquick pancakes, which my grandson loved. Then his mother started making pancakes from this recipe and now Bisquick pancakes are out of favor.

Mix together:
2 cups flour (white plus some whole wheat and/or flax meal)
1 teaspoon of salt
4 teaspoons of sugar
4 teaspoons of baking powder

Then add:
4 tablespoons of butter, melted
1 cup of milk, warmed

Mix lightly then add:
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
